Ecstatic Dance

Schedule:

• 11:00am–12:00pm: Opening hour of yoga, breath work, meditation, etc. Led by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.

• 12:00–12:15pm: Opening Circle + guideline recap.

• 12:15–2:15pm: Ecstatic Dance with live DJ.

• 2:15–2:30pm: Closing Circle + sound bath, acoustic music performance.

• 2:45–3:45pm: Post-dance occasional impromptu song circle. Acoustic song sharing; instruments welcome.

• 1:30–3:00pm: Healthy food available for purchase / social hour.

About Ecstatic Dance:

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance, and music.

Tickets and payment:

• Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children (under 18).
• We also offer a $155 10-punch pass.
