The Timpanogos Storytelling Festival will take place September 10–12, 2026, at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. Daytime storytelling takes place in Ashton Gardens, with evening events at the Ashton Gardens Waterfall and Show Barn.
The event features a wide variety of storytellers, musicians, puppeteers, magicians, entertainers, potters, and more.
The Family Tent is designed for families with young children and includes stories, puppet shows, and additional entertainment. Evening events are best suited for guests age 8 and above. "Bedtime Stories" on Friday evening at the Show Barn caters to families with younger children. "Shivers" on Friday evening at the Show Barn is recommended for guests age 12 and above.
Ticketing and discounts:
- A Full Event Ticket grants access to all daytime and evening events across Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Ticket pricing categories include Child (ages 3–12), Student (student ID required), and Senior (age 65+).
- A 25% group discount applies to purchases of 6 or more full event or day tickets (group and other discounts do not apply to evening events).
- Early Bird pricing is available through August 1, 2025.
- Thanksgiving Point members may receive a 10% discount by verifying membership through Thanksgiving Point.
- Only one discount may be applied per purchase; discounts must be accessed online and are not available onsite.
- All ticket sales are final; exchanges are possible only under exceptional circumstances by emailing Story@TimpFest.org prior to the ticket date.
TimpFest Online 2025 includes all programs from the onsite 2025 festival and will be available from October 15, 2025, through February 1, 2026. Online ticket holders have unlimited viewing for over three months. Live streaming during the festival is not available.
Location, travel, and amenities:
- The festival site is about 45 miles south of Salt Lake City International Airport.
- Public transport (UTA) and hotel accommodations are available nearby, with special rates for attendees at several local hotels.
- There are nearby RV parks for those traveling by RV.
- Food and drinks are available at the festival; guests may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.
- Water filling stations are provided throughout Ashton Gardens.
- Pets are not permitted on the grounds, with the exception of registered service animals.
