We’ll start with a fresh and delicious Garden Salad before diving into the star of the evening—a hearty Cajun Seafood Bake loaded with succulent shrimp, crab, smoky andouille sausage, tender baby potatoes, and sweet corn, all tossed in a bold, buttery Cajun garlic sauce. Alongside, we’ll bake up Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread, the perfect savory side for soaking up every last bit of that flavorful sauce. To finish, we’ll bring a New Orleans classic to the table with warm, caramelized Bananas Foster served over creamy vanilla ice cream.
