Create your own Italian grazing experience designed to pair beautifully with a classic Aperol Spritz. Along the way, learn the secrets to building the perfect antipasti spread and discover how Italians turn simple ingredients into an unforgettable experience. Come sip, savor, and enjoy a relaxed evening of Italian hospitality.

Menu:
An Italian aperitivo spread featuring seasonal antipasti, artisan cheeses, cured meats, marinated specialties, savory bites, and handcrafted accompaniments designed to pair perfectly with a classic Aperol Spritz.

Important information:
This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. ID will be verified at check-in; guests without ID cannot be admitted.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
