We'll bring the flavors of the islands to the kitchen as you build a fresh, vibrant poke bowl from the ground up—starting with properly prepared proteins, perfectly seasoned rice, and crisp, colorful toppings. The chef will guide you through balancing flavors and textures while sharing tips on sourcing ingredients, knife skills, and customizable sauces. Bright, breezy, and full of flavor, this class is perfect for anyone who loves light, fresh meals and wants to recreate a laid-back island-style dish at home.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
