Alpine Dinner with Yeti Award Winning Chef Matt Serna

Enjoy five courses with individual wine pairings, starting with appetizers and cocktails on the St. Bernard's lawn. Then head inside for main courses and dessert fireside.

An alpine-inspired progression of refined flavors: whipped Gorgonzola with fig, chilled pea–mint velouté, delicate vitello tonnato, cider-glazed heritage pork with mascarpone polenta, and vanilla-rosemary panna cotta. A harmonious journey from garden freshness to orchard warmth.

Thoughtful wine pairings are provided by John Kimball with Alpine Wine Co.

Dinner is $90, wine pairing $45, plus tax and gratuity.
