Please join us for the Made in Utah: Mid-Length Series, an evening that celebrates the incredible talent, creativity, and stories emerging from Utah. This event highlights exceptional films created by Utah filmmakers and producers, offering a platform to showcase unique voices from around the State and connect them to independent film-loving audiences.
2026 Film Selections:
Following the showcase, stay for the panel discussion, Holding Space for Marginalized Voices, a conversation with the filmmakers behind this year’s selections as they discuss how they are using film and storytelling as tools for healing, advocacy and cross-cultural understanding.
Panelists include:
- Roni Jo Draper and Marissa Lila, co-directors and producers of Fire Tender
- Danny Schmidt, director and producer of The Book of George
- Kirsten Spalding, executive producer of Comfort Food
Filmmakers and film lovers are invited to mingle in the filmmaker lounge following the film screenings and panel. Wine and beer available for purchase.
