Better than Ezra with Special Guests Vertical Horizon and TONIC

August 15, 2026. Three iconic bands. One legendary night. Tonic, Better Than Ezra, and Vertical Horizon take the stage for a summer concert in the mountains.

Better Than Ezra: since their early roots in 1988—playing house parties at Louisiana State University—the band has carved out a lasting place in modern rock. Their 1995 #1 hit "Good" and Taylor Swift’s 2010 cover of their song "Breathless" are part of that legacy. In 2025 they celebrated 30 years of their breakthrough debut album Deluxe with a sold-out hometown show at the Fillmore New Orleans. Named one of Billboard’s "100 Greatest Alternative Artists of All Time," Better Than Ezra released their tenth studio album, Super Magick, in 2024 and continued headlining major tours.

Vertical Horizon: founded and led by writer, lead singer, and guitarist Matt Scannell, the band operates with a focus on creative authenticity. Vertical Horizon rose to massive success in 1999 with the multi-platinum album Everything You Want — its title track hit #1 and was the most played single of 2000. Fans also know them for radio staples like "You’re a God" and "Best I Ever Had (Grey Sky Morning)."

Tonic brings their signature mix of raw emotion and explosive rock energy, with hits including "If You Could Only See" and "You Wanted More."
