Celebrate the flavors of summer with an unforgettable evening of fresh Italian cooking. In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make soft, pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch and pair it with a vibrant pesto cream sauce bursting with fresh basil and Parmesan. Along the way, you'll master the art of perfectly cooked Steak Tagliata, enjoy a crisp and refreshing Italian Chop Salad, and finish the evening with creamy homemade ricotta gelato.

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
