About the American Fork Symphony: founded in 1993 by Dr. Gordon Childs, the symphony has performed locally for more than 30 years. As a member of the Timpanogos Arts Foundation, this full-size symphony now has over 80 members from around Utah County and as far north as Herriman and east as Heber. The symphony’s goals are to provide great music to local families; young children are encouraged to come to performances to experience and learn about great music.

About Highland Choral Arts: since 2016, Highland Choral Arts has brought powerful, inspiring choral music to the community. With 80 singers from Highland and nearby areas, the choir delivers dynamic, heartfelt concerts, including performances in the Tabernacle on Temple Square and with violinist Jenny Oaks Baker.

Special thanks to the American Legion for providing the military flags at this event. Be sure to attend their Flag Day Ceremony on Monday, June 15th at 7:00 pm at the Provo Veteran’s Memorial Park. There will be guest speakers and information about the U.S. Flag Code and how to retire worn flags.
