About

November is all about being thankful, gathering with the people we love, and finding a little extra joy in the everyday. Come meet Bryan, whose wonky, whimsical picture frames and one-of-a-kind metalwork are guaranteed to make you smile and maybe give you something new to be thankful for!

Art Stroll is Friday, November 6. The store will be open from 6:00 to 9:00 pm for Art Stroll, with shopping continuing until 10:00 pm. Our featured artist is Bryan Tucker from Rustridge Studios.

Classes and events during Art Stroll:

  • 6:00–9:00 pm: Make pinecone decor and ornaments with Bryan Tucker from Rustridge Studio. They’re only $5. Find him in the classroom.
  • 6:00–9:00 pm: Tie-dye a lightweight adult jacket or a children’s snuggly jacket that turns into a stuffed animal with Stephanie from Our Children’s Earth. Sizes are limited, so contact Stephanie to ensure she’ll have your size. These jackets are usually $25 to $35, but tonight only they’ll be $10. Choose the colors you love. Find her in the classroom.
  • 6:00–9:00 pm: Watch Mike from Hurst’s Handblown Glass create with glass. You might even see a pumpkin being made. Find him in his Glass Studio.
  • 6:00–9:00 pm: Drop in at the Ring Bar and Silver Spoon Ring. Pick out a stone, bezel, and silver band style, and 16th-generation silversmith Rene will make your custom ring while you shop. Or choose from vintage sterling silver spoon handles to have a ring made. Rings are generally ready in less than 30 minutes. Find him in the Silversmith Studio.
  • 6:00–9:00 pm: Jenny Venegas from Aunt GG’s will bring new holiday pillowcase dresses.
  • 6:00–9:00 pm: Make unique holiday gift baskets with Tash from Wiccan Sage, featuring all-natural handmade skincare products, sprays, cleaning products, decor, and witchy items. Find her by the register.

6:30–8:30 pm: Music by David Phillips, a drummer and guitarist who has played blues, acoustic instrumental, and rock music in Utah for 20 years. His performances include the Utah Arts Festival, DIY Festival, Crucial Fest, Building Man, and Element 11. His more recent projects include the Sylke, Gary Tada and The Shakes, Mykah, and Space Gun.
