This gentle, supportive workshop is designed for adults looking to improve posture, mobility, balance, and core strength in a comfortable and accessible way. Led by Pilates Instructor Rebekah Guerra, using primarily chair-based exercises with modifications throughout, participants will explore key Pilates principles including breathing, alignment, spinal mobility, and safe, effective movement for the shoulders and hips.
With a focus on building confidence and ease in everyday movement, this session also includes simple exercises you can take home to continue your progress. Perfect for all levels, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to move, stretch, and feel stronger.
