Share a drink and hear some science with Science on Tap and SLCA. For one night only, talks from local climbers doing research that impacts all of us.
We will have 3 incredible speakers giving 20-minute talks on their work.
Science on Tap is an event series wherein we bring scientists and researchers out to local bars, cideries, and breweries to give talks on a topic of their choice to their friends and neighbors in the community. Our speakers have presented on everything from the history of genetics and UFOs to the intersection of medicine and music and reproductive health.
Organized by scientists at the University of Utah. On April 27th, local climbers and recreationalists are invited to hear about SLCA's stewardship activities and the exciting work of scientists in our community.
