Experience the bold, rustic flavors of Portugal in this hands-on cooking class! We’ll begin with a simple Portuguese salad, bright and fresh with crisp vegetables and a tangy vinaigrette. Then, learn to prepare Piri Piri Chicken, marinated with garlic, citrus, herbs, and just the right amount of chile heat. Alongside, we’ll make traditional Batatas a Murro — 'smashed' Portuguese potatoes — roasted until crispy and golden, plus blistered Brussels sprouts with smoky chorizo. To finish, indulge in Leite Creme, Portugal’s silky custard dessert topped with a beautifully caramelized sugar crust. Come hungry and discover the vibrant, comforting flavors that make Portuguese cooking so irresistible!
