Money & Shadow is a 90-minute, beginner-friendly workshop exploring the hidden patterns, emotional triggers, and unconscious beliefs that influence how you earn, spend, save, receive, and value yourself. Through a Jungian lens, we'll examine how family conditioning, cultural messages, and disowned aspects of the self may be quietly shaping your financial life.

Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through reflection, experiential exercises, and compassionate inquiry designed to help you recognize recurring money patterns without judgment or shame. Rather than focusing on budgets or financial strategies, this work invites deeper awareness of the inner dynamics that influence your relationship with abundance, scarcity, self-worth, and success.
