Fire up your Saturday afternoon with a bold, hands-on burger experience built for summer. Join Chef Tara and team as you learn to craft juicy, flavorful burgers from scratch—focusing on technique, balance, and building layers of flavor.
Working in teams, you’ll explore essential skills like patty shaping, sauce-making, and creating the perfect bite, all while enjoying a relaxed and interactive class environment. We’ll round out the experience with classic sides and a refreshing seasonal cocktail.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
