We’re turning the kitchen into a professional pastry lab where science meets art. Your Junior Chef will learn that with the right technique and a little bit of patience, even the most impressive desserts are within reach!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. In this new format of Social Experience, there will be a little less hands on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
