Chef Laura
Any Chef worth their weight in salt has delved into the phenomenal world of Cajun and Creole cuisine. Not only are the seasonings and techniques the base for some of the most incredibly unique dishes in the world, it's the hometown to some of the most incredible Chefs to ever wear the coat. We are bringing the wealth of Southern cuisine and boiling it down to easy, weeknight ready recipes. For this round, we'll show off how to craft light, airy and sugary beignets. A jambalaya will come together while you roll and cut your beignet dough. How about a wonderful Hurricane or Creole Coke to wash it down?
