Hand rolled pasta is a favorite here in the Cooking School- for beginner chefs and experienced ones alike, it's just fun to get your hands dirty. In this class you'll mix and roll fresh pasta dough, create a creamy alfredo, and in a delightful Spring twist, toss fresh vegetables in a light cream sauce to create a light and refreshing pasta primavera. A protein bar accompanied by a light salad is sure to send everyone home happy and full. Pasta making is fun for friends, coworkers, date night, family hang outs, or to meet new friends!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
- Unfortunately, this class cannot be made 100% gluten-free.
