Featuring:

  • Rudy Love & The Encore

Rudy Love & The Encore is Rudy Love Jr. (vocals & keys), Marrque Nunley (drums), Rachelle Love (percussion), Mariel Jacoda (vocals), Sherdeill (DJ) Breathett (bass), and Willy Simms (guitar). The members have played together for most of their lives and formally introduced the band early last year. The band's name honors Rudy Love Jr.'s late father, Rudy Love Sr., reflecting the idea that this grouping of musicians is his legacy.

In 2023 the band released their debut EP, The Beauty of Burdens, followed by singles 'Broken Angel' and 'Grey'. They have performed and collaborated with Elise Trouw, played Black & Loud Fest in Seattle, opened for acts like Teddy Swims and The B-52's, and toured nationally. They now work from their hometown of Wichita, Kan.

  • DeeOhGee

DeeOhGee is a high-octane, boots-on-the-ground celebration of loud, soulful, and brazenly real music. Their sound blends rock 'n' roll, bluesy swagger, and cosmic country charm—raw, no-frills live shows with no backing tracks. The band members are Dylan Whitlow (vocals, bass, guitar), Zack Murphy (drums, percussion, vocals), and Matthew Paige (guitar, vocals, harmonica). Their shows are sweaty and improvisational, and they perform with a four-legged mascot, Darlin the dog.

  • Social Cinema

Social Cinema is a power-pop quintet with members based in Wichita and Lincoln. After releasing 22 songs in their first three years across EPs and a compilation, they focused on making a cohesive LP. In early 2024 they worked with producer Jeremy Wurst at Kansas City's B-24 Studios and refined the results over multiple sessions.

Their LP, Don't Get Lost, aims to capture tighter studio work and hooks the listener with dense, carefully arranged pop songs. The band deploys a three-pronged guitar approach among Griffin, Mari Crisler, and Reed Tiwald, with Logan Bush (drums) and Austin Engler (bass) providing stop-start, groove-oriented rhythms. Their live shows are a key part of their identity—frontman Griffin Bush brings an intense stage presence—and Social Cinema were included on NIVA's 2025 "Live List" of top emerging live acts.

  • Bad Self Portraits

Formed in Omaha in 2017, Bad Self Portraits features Ingrid Howell (vocals, bass), Cole Kempcke (guitar), Connor Paintin (guitar, keys), and Jesse White (drums, vocals). Their performances blend theatrical simplicity and psychological depth, with music rooted in candid reflection and unflinching honesty.

  • Maggie Halfman

Maggie Halfman is an indie-folk singer-songwriter based in Louisville, Kentucky. She uses everyday life as inspiration for vulnerable, writer-first songs that aim for a timeless yet modern sound. She enjoys songwriting and performing for the connection it creates with fans and herself.
