Ember: An Autumn Equinox Gathering

As the mountain shifts into autumn, Ember invites guests into an evening of movement, reflection, and seasonal transition at Sundance Mountain Resort.

The gathering begins at the Summer Theatre for outdoor grounding yoga and guided meditation. The Sundance Art Studio will join us after our movement with a simple creative practice inspired by the textures and tones of fall during the golden hour.

Centered around themes of balance, release, and reflection, Ember offers space to slow down and reconnect with the quieter rhythm of the season.
