Breakin' at the Library

Kids ages 5+ can dance their way through summer with this one-hour breakdance workshop from the School of Dance. No dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes that make you want to move!

Breaking is a dance done to the drum break of the music. It is a freestyle and expressive dance that teaches discipline, strength, and courage. A lot of the movement is done using hands and feet on the ground by balancing and spinning.
