Rouser Uncorked Dinner with Arietta Winery

Five extraordinary wines from one of Napa Valley’s most beloved estates, poured by the co-owner herself, and paired with a five-course menu composed by Rouser’s Chef de Cuisine.

Arietta is a family-owned winery since 1996, with a name born of a passion for music. Rouser is proud to host a truly special wine dinner guided in person by Caren Frutig Hatton.

Caren will guide the tasting throughout the evening, detailing the balance, vibrancy, depth, overtones, and complexity of the label’s limited production Bordeaux-style blends.

The evening will be centered around conversation, storytelling, and thoughtful pairing.
