Thursday – July 1, 2027
- 6:00 am – 5:00 pm Registration
- 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Admission gates open
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Top Rod of Utah
- 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Swap Meet, Commercial Booths, Food Court
- 10:00 am – 1:00 pm Poker Run in Cache Valley (you can leave anytime between 10:00 and 1:00 pm)
- 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm Concert TBA

Friday – July 2, 2027
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Registration
- 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Admission gates open
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Top Rod of Utah
- 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Show-N-Shine
- 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Cruise from Logan to Bear Lake (Leave Fairgrounds at 10:00 and cruise together)
- 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Swap Meet, Commercial Booths, Food Court
- 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm Sock Hop

Saturday – July 3, 2027
- 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Registration
- 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Admission gates open
- 8:00 am – 11:00 am Breakfast at fairgrounds (provided by Vendors at Fairgrounds)
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Top Rod of Utah
- 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Show-N-Shine
- 10:00 am – 11:00 am Top Rod of Utah Awards Ceremony
- 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Swap Meet, Commercial Booths, Food Court
- 5:00 pm – Awards Ceremony in Rodeo Arena
- 6:00 pm – Drawing for Giveaway Car
- 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm Main Street Cruising Parade
