Take a culinary journey to Morocco and discover a vibrant cuisine filled with warm spices, bold flavors, and irresistible aromas. We’ll begin with warm flatbread served with creamy hummus before preparing tender apricot and Moroccan-spiced chicken, combining savory spices with the subtle sweetness of dried fruit. Alongside, we’ll make fluffy herbed couscous and colorful honey-harissa roasted vegetables with a balance of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors. To finish, enjoy silky orange and honey panna cotta for a light and refreshing sweet ending. Join us for a hands-on experience exploring the spices, ingredients, and flavors of Moroccan cuisine.
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
