Celebrate Veterans Day with an All-American Steakhouse experience honoring classic flavors and the joy of gathering around a great meal. Begin with a fresh seasonal salad before learning the secrets to preparing a perfectly cooked, herb butter-basted steak, rich with garlic and fresh herbs. Round out your steakhouse feast with crispy roasted fingerling potatoes and tender roasted asparagus. Then finish the evening on a decadent note with a warm, gooey molten chocolate cake served with creamy vanilla ice cream. Join us for a hands-on evening of timeless American favorites as we come together around the table in honor of Veterans Day.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
