Discover the art of sushi-making in this fun, hands-on cooking class! You’ll learn essential techniques for making three favorites: California Roll, Salmon Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll. From preparing sushi rice to mastering rolling techniques, this class is for beginners and food lovers alike. Leave with the skills to create restaurant-quality sushi at home.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You’ll work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
