Escape to the rolling hills of Tuscany and celebrate the rich, rustic flavors of autumn in this Italian-inspired cooking class. Begin with a fresh seasonal Italian salad before learning to prepare the legendary Bistecca alla Fiorentina — a beautifully seared, Tuscan-style steak seasoned simply to let its bold flavor shine. Alongside, you’ll make creamy polenta with Pecorino and savory wild mushrooms, plus a colorful medley of herb-roasted seasonal vegetables. To finish, enjoy creamy Ricotta Gelato for a simple and delicious taste of Italy.
