Prost! Celebrate Oktoberfest with a delicious evening inspired by the hearty flavors and festive traditions of Germany. We’ll kick things off with warm, golden Pretzel Bites served with creamy Beer Cheese before preparing crispy, tender Pork Schnitzel alongside homemade Spaetzle and sweet-and-tangy Braised Red Cabbage. Along the way, you’ll learn classic techniques for breading and pan-frying schnitzel, creating perfectly tender spaetzle, and balancing the bold flavors of traditional German cooking. To finish, we’ll make a warm Apple Strudel filled with spiced apples and serve it with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. Grab your apron and join us for a fun, festive Oktoberfest celebration filled with comforting food and plenty of German-inspired flavor!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
