Celebrate the cozy flavors of autumn in this seasonal cooking class filled with comforting dishes and classic fall ingredients. Begin with a warm seasonal soup served alongside fresh bread before learning to prepare tender Cider-Braised Chicken with Smoky Bacon and Apples, a savory-sweet centerpiece. Alongside, we’ll make golden Oven-Roasted Crispy Potatoes and Roasted Squash finished with Parmesan and fresh herbs. To end the evening, indulge in a silky Maple Pot de Crème. Come ready to cook, gather around the table, and enjoy a delicious taste of autumn!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
