Part 2 of our Summer Wine Series is all about Rosé — light, refreshing, and perfect for warm summer nights! Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with vibrant flavors, hands-on cooking, and perfectly paired seasonal inspiration. We’ll begin with a fresh Watermelon Feta Salad bursting with sweet and savory flavors before creating a luscious Rosé Garlic Shrimp Pasta infused with bright herbs and rich wine flavor. Enjoy a colorful medley of Roasted Summer Vegetables that celebrate the best of the season, and finish the night with a decadent Drunken Strawberry Shortcake that’s sweet, boozy, and absolutely irresistible.

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
