Have you ever found yourself drooling over the dry-aged steaks we are so proud of at Harmons? Gather around the stove to participate in this ultimate eating experience where you will learn to sear the perfect steak. Our Chef will show you what all the fuss is about when it comes to dry-aged steaks! In this hands-on experience, each guest will be cooking their steaks, as well as mastering elevated sides to complete the dish.

Menu:
- Dry-Aged New York Steak
- Smashed and Fried Potatoes
- Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
- Chicken Cesar Salad
- Chocolate Mousse

Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section. This class can be easily adapted to be vegetarian, if needed.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
