Get ready to become a grill master! In this hands-on class, junior chefs will learn how to make a perfect steak dinner at home. We'll cover selecting the right cut of meat, proper seasoning, and different cooking methods—from pan-searing to grilling—to achieve a tender, juicy result.
Beyond the steak, we'll teach side dishes that elevate the meal, including a classic baked potato and roasted carrots. We'll also cover essential kitchen safety and knife skills so students can cook with confidence. No prior cooking experience is necessary.
Menu:
- Top Sirloin Steak
- Loaded Baked Potatoes
- Honey Roasted Carrots
- Triple Chocolate Brownies and Vanilla Ice Cream
Seats are priced per person.
