22 December, 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Harmons Traverse Mountain Cooking School
Chef Sterling West
Discover the rich, bold flavors of Latin America in this hands-on cooking class, where savory spices meet the unexpected depth of Ghirardelli chocolate. Make shrimp bites atop crispy fried polenta, cocoa- and chile-rubbed flank steak with chimichurri, Peruvian green rice, honey-lime roasted carrots, and Ghirardelli chocolate flan with homemade caramel sauce. Along the way, explore how cacao enhances savory dishes, balances bold spices, and brings depth and complexity to Latin American cuisine.
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
