Discover the bold and unexpected savory side of chocolate in this indulgent, hands-on cooking class featuring rich Ghirardelli chocolate and smoky, sophisticated flavors. Begin with a bacon and blue cheese salad before learning to prepare a perfectly seared, coffee- and cocoa-rubbed steak finished with a bourbon reduction. Complement your steak with roasted Parmesan potatoes and haricots verts. For a decadent finale, create a Ghirardelli chocolate budino topped with whipped mascarpone. Along the way, discover how the deep, complex notes of chocolate enhance savory dishes and elevate classic steakhouse favorites.
