Step into our kitchen for a cozy, hands-on evening inspired by the energy of a neighborhood noodle shop. Together we’ll roll and cut fresh noodles while a tonkatsu broth quietly simmers nearby. Fold homemade gyoza while you enjoy a freshly popped bottle of ramune. Served with velvety soft-boiled eggs and your choice of various toppings from our toppings bar.
This class isn’t about strict regional technique or mastering professional ramen craft- it’s about the joy of cooking together, learning a few great tricks, and creating a bowl you’ll be proud to slurp.
