Time to learn some knife skills that are essential and versatile for all your kitchen needs. Learn how to wield a knife like the professionals to avoid strain and injury. Make precise cuts with a good range of fruits and vegetables. Learn what it truly means to dice, mince, and julienne. Learn how to make the basis for many dishes with the amazing mirepoix blend.
A light dinner will be served, so bring an appetite! Stay till the end — you get to take home the brand-new knives we will provide for you!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
