What happens when the bold flavors of Mexican birria meet the comforting artistry of Japanese ramen? A deeply layered bowl that brings together chile-spiced consommé, tender slow-braised beef, and springy ramen noodles in a fusion of tradition and technique.

In this hands-on class, discover the secrets behind a balanced birria ramen experience; from understanding the foundation of the chile-forward consommé to learning how thoughtful toppings, texture, and garnishes transform a bowl into a restaurant-worthy creation.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
