Prepare for a delightful weekend by creating the perfect picnic. You’ll learn how to prepare a delectable French tuna sandwich that's best served the next day, allowing the flavors time to meld. Whether you’re headed to a park, a backyard, or a scenic getaway, we'll provide containers from our Houseware line so you can return home with a ready to go picnic that’s relaxed, delicious, and memorable.

- Succotash Salad
- Watermelon Salad
- Pan Bagnat (Provencal Tuna Sandwich)
- Fig Squares (Chef prepared)
What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
