Bring the taste of Philadelphia to your kitchen in this Philly Cheesesteak Cooking Class. You’ll learn how to prepare this iconic sandwich the right way—from slicing and seasoning the beef to properly cooking onions and choosing the classic cheese options. The chef will share tips on achieving the perfect texture, balancing savory flavors, and assembling a cheesesteak that’s juicy, satisfying, and true to its roots. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the classic, this hands-on class is all about mastering a beloved comfort food favorite you’ll want to make again and again.

Menu:
- Soft Pretzels with Spicy Mustard
- Traditional Philly Cheesesteak
- Broccoli Rabe with Garlic & Chili Flake
- Cannoli (chef prepared)

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
