Día de los Muertos en Ogden is a traditional Mexican celebration to remember, honor, and celebrate the lives of loved ones who have passed. This community event takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ogden Amphitheater, 343 E 25th Street, Ogden, UT 84401.
Attendees can experience ofrendas and altars, mariachi and live music, danza, student art, a mercadito with local vendors, food, a car show, and opportunities to connect with family and community. Highlights include a community altar, a special pet altar hosted by The Golden Bark Foundation, and inspiration from the traditions of Michoacán, Mexico.
The celebration features music, folkloric dance, performances, youth performers, and art displays created by local students and artists. The Mercadito, hosted by La Buena Vida Utah, showcases local entrepreneurs and small businesses. The car show and altars are presented in partnership with GoodTimes Car Club UT.
All ages and members of the community are welcome to join in sharing tradition and culture.
