Behold: the pie class you've been asking for. We'll make 9" round butter pie crusts—enough for each person to take home 2 pies. You'll learn the skills Chef Laura uses to create flaky pie crust, just in time for pie season. We'll have a variety of fruit fillings prepared for you so you can focus on musterin' your crust. Our team of Chefs also provide a light dinner during the class—hard to learn on an empty stomach.

You'll Bake:
- 2 9" butter pie crusts per seat
- Mini Key Lime Pie
- Fresh Meringue

Fruit Fillings We Will Offer:
- Apple
- Freshly Selected Berry Medley
- Peaches (Upon Seasonality)

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Seats are priced per person.
