The CVCACruiseIn is a multi-day event featuring car-related activities, shows, and entertainment, scheduled for July 1–3, 2027.

Thursday, July 1, 2027:
- Registration: 6:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Admission gates open: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Top Rod of Utah: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Swap Meet, Commercial Booths, Food Court: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Poker Run through Cache Valley: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (depart anytime between 10 and 1)
- Evening concert: 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm (performers TBA)

Friday, July 2, 2027:
- Registration: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Admission gates open: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Top Rod of Utah: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Show-N-Shine: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Cruise from Logan to Bear Lake: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (40-mile one-way scenic drive; leaves Fairgrounds at 10:00 am; no prizes/contest)
- Swap Meet, Commercial Booths, Food Court: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sock Hop: 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Saturday, July 3, 2027:
- Registration: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Admission gates open: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Breakfast at fairgrounds: 8:00 am to 11:00 am (provided by vendors)
- Top Rod of Utah: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Show-N-Shine: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Top Rod of Utah Awards Ceremony: 10:00 am to 11:00 am
- Swap Meet, Commercial Booths, Food Court: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Awards Ceremony (Rodeo Arena): 5:00 pm
- Drawing for Giveaway Car: 6:00 pm
- Main Street Cruising Parade: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Event schedules and activities may be subject to change. Attendees can participate in car shows, cruises, concerts, and enjoy food and shopping at the fairgrounds.
