In this class we will switch up some flavors: white chocolate ganache will replace the dark chocolate, and our pastry cream will be flavored with pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. These eclairs will definitely be the highlight of the Summer!
Join us for an afternoon baking and learning the process of making these delicious pastries. A light meal will be served, so bring an appetite!
