Korean Bibimbap (September 23)
Wednesday, September 23rd | 6-8pm
Holladay Market
Chef Tara Walker
Bibimbap is one of Korea’s most iconic dishes—a beautifully balanced bowl built on contrast, color, and harmony. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare each component individually, layering bold flavors and textures over warm rice before bringing everything together with a punchy, savory-spicy sauce. From marinated beef to crisp vegetables and golden rice, this dish is all about thoughtful preparation and the joy of mixing it all together. Bibim means “to mix,” bap means “rice”—and once you do, the magic begins.
