Skip the delivery bag and fire up the wok! In this hands-on class, we’ll reimagine your favorite Chinese takeout dishes with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and restaurant-worthy flair. From the crackle of honey-glazed shrimp to the savory heat of Kung Pao Chicken, you’ll master the wok’s sizzle and the secrets behind silky noodles, glossy sauces, and perfect fried rice. Sip a Mandarin Mule as you cook, then finish the night with a sweet surprise!

Important Information:
This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We're required to verify ID at check-in, and unfortunately, we won't be able to admit any guests without one.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
