Coastal flavors, summer sunshine, and a little backyard smoke in the air. Join Chef Tara and team for a relaxed summer cooking class inspired by the beach towns and grill culture of the Pacific Northwest. In this hands-on class, you’ll work with fresh ingredients, bright herbs, smoky grill flavors, and seasonal summer produce while learning techniques perfect for warm-weather entertaining. From perfectly grilled salmon to crispy homemade chips and a nostalgic ice cream finish, this menu captures the feeling of a breezy coastal cookout with a refreshing mojito in hand.

- Mojitos (mocktail option available)

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
