Spend the afternoon in the kitchen baking a trio of cherry-inspired treats that celebrate the cozy charm of summer baking. In this hands-on class, guests will learn techniques for buttery pastry, tender biscuits, and soft enriched dough while working with sweet cherries in both rustic and elegant desserts. Between bakes, enjoy a light café-style lunch prepared by Chef Tara and the cooking school team. Perfect for anyone who loves bakery afternoons, stone fruit season, and the smell of fresh pastries coming out of the oven.

Chef-prepared café lunch:
- Chicken Salad Tea Sandwiches

- Black Tea with Vanilla & Cherry

What to expect: You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
