Escape to the Mediterranean coast for a vibrant summer pizza night inspired by seaside cafés, late sunsets, and bustling open-air markets from Spain to Italy. In this hands-on class, you’ll stretch fresh dough and build seasonal pizzas layered with smoky romesco verde, creamy cheeses, fire-roasted vegetables, bright herbs, and summer produce at its peak. Expect bold flavors, chilled cocktails, and the relaxed energy of a European summer vacation—think aperitivo hour on the Amalfi Coast meets golden evenings along the Spanish coast. Perfect for a warm July evening filled with fresh ingredients, good wine, and laid-back summer cooking.

- This class is 21+. You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. ID is verified at check-in; we cannot admit guests without one.

What to expect
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
