Harmons City Creek Cooking School
Calling all aspiring pâtissiers! Step into the kitchen for a specialized Junior Chef workshop where we tackle the "crown jewel" of French bakeries: the French Macaron. This class is designed to take young bakers beyond the basics and into the world of delicate, colorful, and delicious meringue-based treats. Junior Chefs will leave with the pride of having mastered one of the most technical cookies in the world.
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- Work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. In this new "Social Experience" format there will be a little less hands-on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
